F. Fernandez, AIA, LLC, Celebrates its First 20 Years
The firm recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. Frank Fernandez, the firm’s founder, had this to say of the occasion: “It’s hard to believe that over two decades have passed since I first opened my architectural practice…At this important milestone in the firm’s history, I would like to extend my heart-felt thanks to all of our clients, teaming partners, and others who have contributed to our success. I also want to reaffirm our continuing commitment to providing quality design and the highest level of client service. We look forward to working with you for many more years to come.”

Bill Kurus is Now a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional
William J. Kurus, a Project Architect with the firm, is now a Registered Architect in the State of New Jersey, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Bill has been with us for six years, since graduating from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture. He is also a member of the AIA. As Project Architect, Bill has been instrumental in the planning, design, and construction administration of many of our recent projects. For instance, for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he worked on three new multi-story churches, located in Maplewood and Newark, NJ, and New Rochelle, NY. His other projects encompass multi-family housing, mixed-use projects, a college expansion, and a new grade school.
